A friend and He

A friend, he says, a friend indeed
“In times you are alone, i ll fill your needs
At times, when you need to talk
And at times when He makes you walk
I will be here
Just as near
Treats you bad, He does
He fails to see where His faults were”

“He says He needs
You know He does not
He has got His greeds
He doesnt know what He wakes for”

“I will keep you safe
And i ll forgive what you did wrong
But i ll never hate
I know what you are made of”

And she remembered what He was like
“Not one word, I am inside your mind”
He shivered with His arms around her,
Like He didnt feel it when He first hit ice.

And He waits for her to come back,
Come back from her comforting friend,
“He’s gone” convinces he,
arms around her as a friend in need
In a moment she forgets who she was living for.

One being gone, anothers crosses in
She has, indeed, neither lost, nor gained,

He’s such blind, calculating the rain,
Every drop of love He’d shed in vain.
Fumbles around looks into a pocket or two,
Not a drop left in his pockets, a shame.

Theres a cliff and a wave, enough poison in his sack
He’s just waiting to justify the end.
